DKK - the company made a bottom line result of 711 in 2015  Mio. DKK in a highly competitive market.

In 2017, Novozymes put collaboration and responsibility on the agenda and sent around 900 employees through a training program with Maestro Business. The result is a common vocabulary and well-defined crucial behaviors, which supports all employees in challenging each other and being sharp in fulfilling the collective goals.
